If you take plan b while you are on BC does the 7 day rule appy?! Or are you fully protected?

I am on Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo. I always take my pill on time and everyday. On Tuesday I thought I lost my pill so I took Wednesday's pill (Tuesday), the next day I ended up finding Tuesday's pill so I took it for wednesday. They were all the same color (white)!! Am I still fully protected? Or did that...
