Re: Duphaston Question
Just a quick update now. I finished the three months my gyn prescribed and my periods are now back to normal! I'm so happy. The only thing she did tell me was to see her every 6 months to keep an eye on my ovaries and see if another cyst forms. If it does then I might have to go on a longer term for...

Re: Duphaston Question
Hi! I forgot to respond!
It seems my body has settled down after getting used to the pill so I will stick it out for the three months and see how that works out!

Re: Duphaston Question
So just a quick update: I ended up going back to my obgyn because I was bleeding somewhat heavily and that worried me. She prescribed me some meds to take to stop the bleeding, and also said I should take birth control for a few months to help my body regulate my cycle again. I'm not against birth c...

Re: Duphaston Question
I see, thanks for the reply! I do recall I had heavy bleeding the last time I took duphaston as well, but it did eventually taper off and stop at the end. Hopefully it will be the same this time. I'll keep an eye on it and see if it stops before the ten day mark, if not then I'll just go back to my ...

Duphaston Question
I had an ovarian cyst back in December and it popped around January. However my period never came last month so my obgyn prescribed me duphaston to take for five days to help induce my period. I’m currently on day four of my period after finishing the pills and the flow is starting to pick up compar...

Re: Period Question
I saw my obgyn and she did an ultrasound for me. Turns out I have another ovarian cyst again, which is why my period was being weird this cycle. I had one around two years ago too but that one went away after my period restarted. She didn’t put me on meds yet since she wants to see if my body will r...

Re: Period Question
I have decided to see another obgyn that my coworker sees because it seems like what happened two years ago is happening again to me.
The exact same signs are showing again, so I’m pretty sure it has something to do with my body not producing enough progesterone this time around.

Re: Period Question
I just have a quick question since I couldn’t seem to find an answer in the period article. My period is basically coming to an end and I’ve removed my pad but I still see blood (not a lot) on tissues after I use the bathroom. Is it just my body working out the extra blood that’s left? I thought my ...

Re: Period Question
Yes my concerns have been improving so I haven’t been googling everything that’s wrong with me every time xD
I actually do recall having seen my obgyn before for this and she said it’s totally normal for periods to have different flows from time to time as well.
Thank you for your help though!

Period Question
I just have a question I'm wondering about. My periods have been pretty steady and almost always comes around the same time every month. I was expecting my period to come on the 13 this month but it came yesterday, which is fine since it sometimes comes a few days earlier. However I did notice that ...

Re: A little concerned
Yes, I am working on that by playing video games or listening to music and focusing on something else aside from my current fixation ahaha. I found that talking to friends also help, so I feel like I've gotten better on not fixating on myself too much in that sense! Looks like I still need to work o...

Re: A little concerned
Just my periods but I don't worry about anything else besides that. I had a scare awhile back regarding my period so that made me monitor it more intensely but I'm starting to ease back on that now, especially after I found a reliable obgyn who helped me through that time. I guess I'm just at that a...

Re: A little concerned
I'm sorry for posting again but I have another question. Is it normal for my pee to be diluted somewhat even if I didn't drink that much liquids? I had some soda at round 4pm ish and haven't had anything else to drink for a while and I noticed my pee is again diluted to pale yellow. Is this normal i...

Re: A little concerned
Thank you for that! I guess I shouldn't have to worry then! I probably just drank too much water and my body needs to flush it out now XD

Re: A little concerned
Update: I just checked again and my pee color is a pale yellow, which is in the normal range. I guess the toilet water diluted it to the point where it looked clear to me!

A little concerned
I've been drinking a lot of water yesterday and my pee ended up coming out as clear. I read that this is normal since my body is trying to get rid of the excess water so I've been cutting back on it. Now I've been checking the color and it fluctuates between clear, pale yellow, and then goes back to...
Re: Question
I see. Thank you!
It stopped now and I haven't experienced any heavy bleeding, pain or changes in my discharge

Question
I'm currently going through my ovulation phase and I decided to play with myself today. When I finished, I went to the toilet to wipe off and noticed there was tiny traces of what I assume to be blood mixed with the discharge on the toilet paper. The blood was a little red and brown in color. I'm as...

Period question
So I've been having steady periods now for many years since I started getting it, and I keep track using an app so my periods usually come around the same day each month. However I noticed that this month I seemed to have ovulated later than usual and now my period hasn't come yet. I'm just wonderin...

Re: Just a quick question
Yes, she was the one who helped get my period stabilized again after seeing a bunch of other obgyns at the hospital. I trust her and I'm comfortable with her 100%

Just a quick question
So I went to my obgyn today to ask her some questions regarding my period. I told her that my period has been acting weird again the past two cycles. I normally bleed for 3-4 days and my period lasts 5 days which I consider to be my normal range. However my past 2 cycles have been different. I bleed...
Re: advice
Update: I went to my OBGYN after taking the pills as prescribed. She did another ultrasound and my cyst is gone! That's good news, I'm relieved it's nothing serious now. She did pop the pimple I had on my vagina and gave me some meds and cream to put on it though. She also said to wait a month and s...
Re: advice
Update: I went to a private OBGYN instead and got a ultrasound done. Turns out there's a cyst in my left ovary and that's what's been making my period behave so weirdly. My OBGYN couldn't get a exact measure on the size since I still have uterine lining inside that hasn't been passed out yet apparen...
Re: advice
I just want to update that I went to the OBGYN at the hospital again today in regards to my bleeding. She prescribed me some medication to take to stop the bleeding and gave me a exam. This was my first time being examined by a OBGYN and she put something inside my vaginal cavity, I'm not sure what ...
Re: advice
I just wanna know if it's possible for a period to last longer than 7 days due to your body still expelling uterine lining? I feel like this is my case currently because when I use the toilet and wipe sometimes, I can still see pieces of my lining being shed on the paper. I'm wondering if this can b...
