Following on from our conversations about my unusual shorter periods ive been to my Gp and she did a smear, internal and swabs.
I didn't ask what should have done, wanted to get it over with I suppose! What would she have been checking for?

I just wanted to thank you and update you. I went to my GP today so didn't seem to think anything of the light painless periods. Again he ran another pregnancy test and it was negative so just carry on as normal and start my BCP.

Thank you. No, im fine, I just really really dont want to be pregnant and I have scared myself by reading all these rare possibilities of people having periods whilst pregnant or being pregnant but still having negatives tests!
