Well it's Friday, time for an update: I decided to have the conversation today so to make life easier on me i send my therapist an email yesterday basically saying "I want to talk about it tomorrow, you can make it easier by actively leading the conversation. And this is what it's about:" ...

sssssooooooooo............... i just spend a good hour and a half writing an update and stuff but when i went to post it the site prompted me to log in again and it was all lost !
