If the condom didn't slip or broke, there's no reason to think it was something else. :) it wasnt over the condom though it was at the base of my penis at least...

My GF and I were having safe sex. I used a condom and after awhile I came inside her with the condom still on but when i pulled out there was some white stuff around the base of my penis. I was wondering did the semen leak out the base of the condom? If not what could the white stuff be?
