Birth control and migraines
So I've been reading about how birth control and suffering from migraines with aura can increase your risk of a stroke. This has happened to me once, about a year ago. I wouldn't say I suffer from migraines though. I just get a couple of headaches now and then. Do you think this is a major concern?

Chin Hairs
I get about 7-12 tiny but coarse chin hairs that I pluck or wax every now and then. If I don't they are only noticeable if you are right up in my face. Is this something to be concerned about?

Re: Yeast Infection
Yes, I was screened for STI's as well. That's why I'm just so confused as to why it is happening.

Re: Yeast Infection
Not overly. Possibly because I have changed my pill 4 times in the span of 8 months. So I have never given my body more than 2/3 months on each pill before changing to another.

Yeast Infection
I got a pap smear done in June. The doctor called me in July to tell me that it came back normal, but I am yeasty. I thought I might have been because of discharge I was having but other than that, no uncomfortable symptoms. The doctor said if I wasn't having any symptoms causing me discomfort I can...

Heat and Birth control
Hi, I'm planning on going to the lake with friends and staying in a camper soon. I'm just worried how my pills should be kept so they are safe from the heat. My package says to keep it under 30 degrees Celsius. I was thinking in my bag wrapped between clothes and if the camper is hot then to keep it...

New brith control pill
Hi there, I recently asked a similar question and I apologize I forgot I am breaking any rules. I switched from mirvala to loestrin and fully completed my mirvala pack, including placebos before starting loestrin on the day I would have taken my old pill. I read a lot on here that if you do it that ...
Re: New pill
Can anyone shed some light?
Re: New pill
And do gap not include placebos? Ive been reading online how you shouldn't have your withdrawal bleed when switching to a different pill. It's all very confusing to me
Re: New pill
We use condoms. And occasionally withdrawal. I'm just wondering if your protection is compromised when you start a different pill that is also a combo one.
Re: New pill
I took the placebos and then started my new pill on the first day bacm
Re: New pill
They just said to finish with the mirvala and then start the new pack. But I didnt know if that meant the placebo pills or not. But I took them.
Re: New pill
Just wanted to add that on switched from mirvala 28 to loestrin 28.
New pill
I started my new pill 12 days ago. Before I started it I took my 7 day withdrawal bleed. I had sex on day 12 was I protected? I read online that I should have went from one pill to another without the withdrawal bleed gap and now I'm worried.

Yes. But I also feel that the tips are only as good as you use them. Which is basically where I would say I am right now.

Re: Bloody discharge
Hi Karyn, Just wanted to give a little update. The receptionist told me I was going to have a coloposcopy, but he just looked at my cervix and said it looked fine and did not do further investigation. Then I had an ultrasound done on everything and he said those all look good too. He asked if the sp...

Re: Bloody discharge
Thanks, I am going to see a gyno today. Unfortunately, I am bleeding a little still from my period... I hope this doesn't interfere too much with his investigation!

Re: Bloody discharge
The sex itself doesn't worry me. It's these weird symptoms that have popped up.

Bloody discharge
Does it seem weird that I have bloody discharge after sex ONLY during my 2nd week of active pills? If I have sex any other time in my cycle there is nothing. Sigh... getting tired of this worry.
