Skipped period
Is it normal to skip a period when you switched from one combo pill to another? Or should you get a withdrawal bleed like normal?

Re: Switching to a new pill
I am on day 4 on my placebos. Still no period. I'm worried that taking 8 pills from alysena and 13 mirvala may have really messed with my period. Is this possible or should my body react normally. I know its unpredictable..I just wish I had asked my doctor when he prescribed me my new pill.

Re: Withdrawal Bleed
My bf and I have not had sex in a month because I've needed some time. I've also been on the pill for 6 years and always thought it worked great! It's just these last 2 months that I have been uneasy about it all.

Withdrawal Bleed
Every time I am on my break week from my pills I get so anxious waiting for my period. Usually it doesn't come until day 4 or 5. Last month it didn't come until day 5 of the placebo pills and it was a very light in consistency and brown to pink in color. Are all these things normal to be expected wh...

Brown Bleeding
Hello,
If your withdrawal bleed on the combo pill is just brown in color and light in consistency (only needing a panty liner) is this still considered your withdrawal bleed and everything is ok?

When does the Counting start?
I know I've asked a lot of questions surrounding this but please bear with me: if someone let's say missed their pill in the 12th day of the month and had sex that day and before what day when would you start counting from so you know when you can test? The 12th?

Re: Control Line
Hi Mo,
I contacted the manufacturer and they basically said one line = not pregnant and that sometimes their control lines move around a little bit.

Re: Switching to a new pill
I was talk to friends and they are told me I should have started with pill 1 of my new prescription, but i started on day 9 because that is what pill day I was on and my Dr. said to just keep my cycle the same so my periods come at the same time. Control Line
I took a first response pregnancy test today. It clearly only had one line, but the control line was a tiny bit more center than normal. Do you think it is still an accurate reading of a negative test?

Re: Switching to a new pill
Nope, no gaps at all. Just different pills for the first 8 days. And then my new pill for the rest of the active pills. I'm wondering what this will do to my withdrawal bleed this month...

Switching to a new pill
I was recently on Alysena 28. I was experiencing breakthrough bleeding and went to my Dr who prescribed me a high dose pill, Mirvala 28. I was 8 days into a new cycle and my Dr said to just take 8 pills out of my new prescription and start my new pills on day 9 so my cycle stays the same. Does this ...

I bought some pregnancy tests online at Amazon because they have a fast shipping option. I wondered after if these tests are still usable after that travel?

27 days
Hello!
One other question.
I took a early detection home pregnancy test 27 days after my scare. It was negative. Are those results trustworthy? Sometimes I get confused when you can take one.

Heat and birth control pills
Hi! I just had a quick question about heat and my pills. It says to store mine up to 30 degrees and keep out of direct sunlight. I have on occasion taken mine to the beach where it would have been 27 to 30 degrees outside. I had my pills in my backpack sitting in the shade for a good few hours befor...
