Combined pill window

hey there, let's start off with that I take birth control pills (belara, to be exact) but something is bugging me for quite a while now. i know that combined pills have a 12-hour windown for each take, so if i take my pill at 9pm and other day i take it let's say at 2am, i am still protected from pr...

Re: Pregnancy and period

Just wanted a clarification because I also asked in some other page where a lot of doctors work and they answer online, so they were like "oh, you know maybe the bleeding you had after plan b is just side effect not your real period". Why wouldn't it be my period? It looked like one, felt ...

Re: Pregnancy and period

Yeah, thanks! I was also wondering that this is nonsense. Because: a) we used protection (even though nothing is 100%, but giving that a girl is fertile only for a week and we did it on infertile days), b) I took Plan B not long after one intercourse (there were three in that month), c) my period (I...

Pregnancy and period

Ok, I've been reading EVERYWHERE that when you're pregnant you do not have periods. Quite funny, that three weeks ago I had sex (with protection) after that I took plan B, got my period at estimated time and it was heavy, I bled for like 5 days (longer than supposed to). So it's not implantation bec...

Re: Keeping private things not so private?

Noo, they would never be violent with me. That will never happen.
If they somehow will find out eventually, I guess I should just have a calm conversation with them. To my mind, honesty and calmness always help to solve problems&conflicts. What do you guys think?

Re: Keeping private things not so private?

Thank you! But still, we live in a flat which is very small and we tend to have things literally everywhere. So I'm not quite sure if my mom/dad wouldn't just, you know, be looking for something and there you go. A surprise from their daughter. I don't know if I don't trust them because they never t...

Re: Keeping private things not so private?

Yeah, it's wild when you think about it. I actually don't know if they will go through my stuff in the future or not, but I just wanna make sure they won't find out

Re: Keeping private things not so private?

My parents are always 'you have to know your place', 'you are a girl', 'don't you have any self-worth?', 'you going come home pregnant' :) something like that.

Keeping private things not so private?

Hello Scarleteen, I am a 21 year old female that still lives with my parents. I am sexually active, so there are some things I keep privately when I need to use them: pregnancy tests, condoms, emergency contraception - you get my idea. But since I'm still living with my parents, I'm not quite comfor...
