Sex with a cold sore
My boyfriend recently had a cold sore but we did not have any intimate contact until 6 days after the scab fell off. However, there was still some slight pink discoloration from where the cold sore was. If he had oral sex with me, am I at risk for getting genital herpes in this situation?

New Bleeding with my IUD
I have the Liletta IUD and I've had it for almost 2 years. Just recently I got my cycle back, and I've had about three periods. This time however, my period won't stop. It's been 2 weeks long. It's very light spotting but I don't know why it won't stop. Is this cause for concern?

Bumps on labia minora
I have several very tiny bumps on my labia minora. Sometimes when I wear certain underwear that causes friction they become a bit more enlarged and irritated/red. Is this normal? Are these sebaceous glands? They never seem to go away.

Diarrhea and birth control pill
I often worry about the effectiveness of my pill. It’s combined, and sometimes I experience loose stools. They are not watery, but they sometimes happen 2 or 3 times a day. Do I need to worry about my contraception?

Cylce on pil changing
I've been on combination birth control for 2 years now and the past 3 cycles I have noticed I am spotting for more days after my periods end and spotting a few days before they begin. Is this change normal? I haven't missed any or taken them late.

Is it just me or when you are having a pregnancy scare everything you see on social media, the internet, commercials, ads, etc seem to be about pregnancy. I try to ignore it but it makes me afraid that it could be a "sign" or something.

Re: Extreme fear of pregnancy
Thanks, I will check with my school to see if I can still access these benefits. I have read the articles you suggested, and they help me temporarily. I just try to keep telling myself those things. Thank you

Re: Extreme fear of pregnancy
Thanks for your response. I haven't seeked out help. I was planning to reach out to the counselors available at my college, because it was a free reliable option. But before I had the chance all this pandemic stuff broke out. Since being sent home from school, which was my distraction through all th...

Extreme fear of pregnancy
My first pregnancy scare has completely taken over my life. It's been almost 3 straight months now, and I cannot get it out of my head that I may be pregnant. This thought is terrifying to me, as I do not want to be, and have recently broken up with my boyfriend. I have had 6 negative urine tests, 2...

Re: Can’t move on
This scare has caused it to really take over my life, it’s usually not bad enough to seek mental healthcare. But yes, I am considering it! Don’t know why I can’t stop over analyzing every little ache and twinge in my body.

Can’t move on
I’ve had 2 periods (withdrawal bleeds) and 7 negative tests including 2 blood tests since my pregnancy scare. I know my worries are not sound. Yet I am a very anxious person and cannot shake the fear and feeling I may still be pregnant. How do I move past these fears and realize they are not rational?
