Consistantly aroused and im getting frustrated

So, over the past few weeks i have felt constantly turned on all of the time. Its not anything specific thats causing it, it is just constant. No matter what i do the feeling doesnt go away and im starting to get really really frustrated over it. Masturbating relieves it for a few seconds but afterwards it just gets even stronger. I dont know what to do about it.

Hi catgirl,

Is it possible for you to distract yourself from those feelings when they're inconvenient? Focusing on something like a project, a TV show, or exercise might help to take your mind off of the sexual frustration. It also might help to practice mindfulness; thinking about how this is just a feeling and it is ok and then letting it go (which I know is easier said than done). What do you think?
