My boyfriend had already ejaculated but wiped it off and lay on top of me but both were still wearing long pants and underwear. I thought I couldn't be pregnant but after 2 weeks I felt nauseous but couldn't vomit and got my period in a few days but there were no signs. Could I be pregnant?

Nope, you cannot have become pregnant from this incident. When there's at least one layer of clothing present, let alone four, there's no chance of sperm being able to get through into the vaginal canal.
