Hi there. Am I understanding correctly that you're saying that you are feeling an urgency to urinate all the time now, something that started a couple weeks ago?

Okay, so then you'll want to make a follow-up appointment with whoever tested your urine, and let them know that your symptoms have not stopped. What they should do is have you schedule a physical exam and they probably will also re-run some of the same tests they did before.

Thank you for your recommendations! I'm wondering still, could it happen due to unfinished sexual intercourse?

I'm not sure what you mean by "unfinished" intercourse. Do you mean because you didn't have an orgasm, or....?

But either way, genital intercourse can absolutely create any number of infections, including urinary tract infections, that can cause this symptom. So, in the event you didn't disclose in your last test that intercourse was also involved, I'd be sure to, since otherwise, they may not have run all the right tests.

I mean I was close to orgasm, but I didn't have it because the sexual process was suddenly stopped. According to medical checkups, I do not have any infections

Okay, so, no, having or not having an orgasm isn't something that can create infections or urinary issues.

I didn't realize you had more recent tests or checkups than a couple of weeks ago.

Here's the thing: if you are telling them that you are still having this, they shouldn't just tell you you have no infections. They should suggest you schedule another visit to take another look, maybe run some different tests than they did. Get what I mean?

In the meantime, is it possible you are having a sensitivity to something new that is in contact with your vulva? Have you changed laundry soap or added anything to your laundry, changed toilet paper, have a new kind of underwear, anything like that?

That you're with a first sexual partner isn't really relevant to any of this. And sometimes sex can even be coincidental with something like this: in other words, because of the timing, you assume it has to do with sex, but people can develop urinary issues with or without sexual contact.

Regardless, if for two weeks you have felt like you have to urinate when you don't, and the healthcare you have gotten to date hasn't found the cause yet, your healthcare provider, with you, will want to keep trying to find it. I would suggest calling them and asking what they suggest you do next since you are still experiencing your symptoms.
