Me and my bf broke up..
Content warning: Mention of suicidal thoughts
I actually want to kill myself so bad.
This month was horrible but I’ve been feeling better cuz he was here for me, but now that he’s gone, I think I’m going to give up..
Any ressources to get actual help and is 3 years a big age gap, cuz he’s gonna be 18 next year..

Re: Me and my bf broke up..
Hey there Angelz,
I'm so sorry to hear you're having such a hard time with this and that the break up feels unbearable. I understand that your boyfriend was a big support system to you and not having him right now feels especially hard.
If hurting yourself feels like a strong voice right now, the first thing I'd like you to do is reach out to the hotline in Canada, okay? https://blog.opencounseling.com/suicide-hotlines/ It looks like the number you can reach them at is: 833-456-4566 or 988 and this is their site https://988.ca. Even if you're not actively thinking of harming yourself and it's just passing thoughts, talking to someone who's trained is good to work through some of the things you're feeling that are overwhelming.
(I also wanted to note that I added a tw to your post just so that other users are aware but not an indication that you did anything wrong. We just like to do this since boards are public)
