pee leakage?

I had sex with my boyfriend last night and I think I peed? I have no idea what to do.
Usually I go to the bathroom beforehand, but when I went to use the restroom I wasn't able to. I felt more bloated than anything, but I didn't expect to have sex and we didn't until a couple hours later. I'm not sure if it was just the pressure that led to me being unable to control my bladder or what happened, it didn't feel like a stream of pee just as if I were leaking/getting wet. I did use the bathroom afterwards and I checked my underwear; if there was a stain it's too faint for me to see but it does smell somewhat like urine. I'm embarrassed to tell my boyfriend that I might have peed, but he ate me out and I'm worried, could he get an infection or an STI from licking my pee? I'm not sure if I should ask him if he noticed anything or how to tell him.

You shouldn't feel embarrassed or ashamed, sometimes our bodies do things we don't expect and that's okay! First, to touch on your concern about your boyfriend: do you have a pre-existing STI that would be able to be passed to him? Licking urine on its own does not inherently have the risk of leading to an STI if there's not an STI to be concerned about, if that makes sense! Without getting too in-depth, there are individuals who consume urine (both in sexual and non-sexual contexts) who are fine, so you shouldn't be too concerned. That being said, if you want to talk to him about it that's up to you! Don't do it because you feel like he's been harmed though. On that note, it's possible what you thought was urine was really just more lubrication or discharge than you're used to; it's also possible that you experienced female ejaculation/squirting!

I do have to ask though, have you been able to pee normally since then? With the bloating and inability to pee before sex, and if you really DID urinate during sex, you may want to go to the doctor to make sure you're not dealing with a UTI or something related!
