Not pregnant but white discharge

so I am 100% certain that I'm not pregnant because there is no possibility thanks to your amazing articles<3 but I do have this creamy white discharge that's been happening for a couple days now (like 4) and I'm about a week away from my period (due Jan 30) and I've had it before my period but in previous months that's only happened about 3 days prior to my periodi think. I was sick with food poisoning and took probiotics for about 4 days (Jan17-21) and then stopped in case that has any useful info. every time I try to look it up on google it just comes with articles related to pregnancy which isn't helping me in any way and only making me worry. so any thoughts?

and just to clarify I went through the whole dry spell after ovulation for about3-5 days and the discharge I've had was sticky/creamy white no water and it's been on and off for these past few days
