Delete a post.

Unread post by Boh »

I'm sorry to bother the moderators, and I'm not even sure this is the right place, but I was wondering if it's possible to delete a post I created. My OCD is making me go constantly back to that topic feeding my sense of shame and paranoia. I'm grateful for the help I was given, but I think I would feel more comfortable if it was removed.

This is the post

Aw, I am sorry you find yourself going back to it, and good job in seeking ways to lessen the opportunities for OCD spirals to take hold, it ain't easy!

I am more than happy to delete it or if its OK with you moving it to our "vault" section where you won't have access to, it but staff will be able to refer to it for context if you have further questions in the future?

Would that option be OK? Let me know which is best and I will get that done for you!

Thanks a lot for answering.
I think deleting it would "help me to have a sort of closure". I know it sounds stupid but OCD makes me think a lot of stupid things.

It's not stupid at all. I think it is good to work on finding closure internally, rather than only based on external things, but if getting rid of the external problem is quick and it helps you focus on that, then why not!

I have deleted it now anyhoo, I hope that helps!
