Hey there, pixie.
So, for things to feel good with our body parts, whatever they are, a few things have to be going on:
1) We generally have to already start feeling sexually excited/turned on in our minds, and then we need to sustain those feelings.
2) We need to expect, before and when we do something, that it will feel good (if we don't, it's harder for good feelings to happen)
3) We need to be touching ourselves in ways that feel good to us, uniquely, a thing we usually find out by experimenting, and
4) We need to be able to experience pleasure on the whole, sexual or otherwise, which can sometimes be a problem if, for instance, we suffer from depression or are in a rough spot in our lives or senses of self.
Any sense of what piece or pieces of that might be missing for you?
