Sex with or without condoms

I'm just wondering if it's okay to have sex without condoms, raw. I'm having trouble finding condoms in my town that are bigger than regular. I have a pretty big penis so when I use the regular ones it just breaks. For reference my penis is 8 inches in length and 6.5 inches in girth. Can I order condoms that will fit me online? Or should I just have sex without one?
