I grew up in a c*lt situation where I experienced various forms of abuse, including SA from a very young age. There are a lot of things that I still don't know about sexuality and such, even at my age. I was asking a friend a question earlier today, and they mentioned this site. I am a little bit hesitant to share or ask much at the moment, but reading some of the articles on the main site, and a few threads here, has been informative and helpful.

Awesome! In that case, it is great to have you here, Esperanza. In regards to your initial post, there is no timeline for feeling comfortable talking about traumatic experiences. Many of our users read articles and message board threads without posting. That is a great way to learn and get more comfortable!
