What are the chances of getting pregnant?

I recently engaged in some sexual activities and would like to ask about the risks involved:

My partner and I did dry humping in a "woman on top" position. I (the male) was wearing underwear and shorts. The female was wearing only underwear, which became very wet due to her arousal fluids. There was absolutely no ejaculation because the dry humping only lasted for a few minutes. My question is: can pre-cum penetrate through layers of clothing and enter the vagina?

I touched my penis several times, but only from the outside of my clothes, not directly. At that time, I was wearing two layers of clothing (underwear and cotton shorts). After that, I performed fingering on my partner while she was still wearing her underwear. No fingers were inserted into the vagina at all. However, I am anxious that pre-cum might have seeped through my clothes and transferred onto my hands.

Under the same conditions as mentioned above, I directly touched her anus and the area just above it, but not her vagina. When I touched that area, it was already wet with her own vaginal arousal fluids.

Based on these 3 scenarios, how high is the chance of pregnancy?

Hi haileywilliam, welcome to the boards from what you've explained, it's unlikely that your partner could become pregnant. Sperm cells, including pre-ejaculation, don't travel through clothing as they require very specific conditions to survive. As long as you've wiped your fingers dry and washed your hands with clean water and soap, it should be fine. Additionally, once your fingers have touched your partner's anus, it's best to avoid touching her vulva again.

I am originally from Indonesia but currently working in a Southeast Asian country, and during the activity, I did the fingering without touching her vagina at all since she was still wearing her underwear, which was very wet from arousal, and I only slightly touched the upper part of her anus, completely avoiding her vulva or vagina.

I have read the article link you provided. Dry humping itself cannot cause pregnancy, even if only one person is wearing clothes and the other is not.

From that, I concluded: when I touched my penis, it means there wouldn’t be any precum containing sperm transferred to my fingers, right? In this context, there was never any ejaculation and no penetration. The woman also never took off her underwear during the dry humping or fingering.

There was only a moment when I reached my hand in to directly touch her anus and the wet area between her anus and vagina.

Can underwear that is wet from vaginal fluids make it easier for sperm to pass through the fabric?

There is no risk present here. Sperm cells die very quickly once exposed to open air so any pre-ejaculate on the fingers, especially if dried, if touched the vaginal area over the underwear causes very very low to no risk of pregnancy. And no, vaginal fluids do not make it "easier" to risk pregnancy in this case of touching over both your and your partner's layers of clothing.
