I think if you aren't comfortable, that's what matters most, here. Some people might be very comfortable doing this for a friend, and that doesn't mean it would necessarily be an unhealthy dynamic, but clearly it wouldn't feel great or healthy for you in this case, and you get to set that boundary with her if you'd like to.
