Hey Mediapd, I just wanted to pop back in to mention that you could use condoms (or another barrier method, like gloves or dental dams) for sexual activity besides intercourse as well (like manual or oral sex). We have a whole article about different barriers here: All the Barriers! All the Time! If your girlfriend doesn't want to take hormonal birth control and continues to feel anxious about ejaculation and pregnancy even when you don't have intercourse, maybe using a physical barrier that she can see would help her feel less worried.
