I see! Are you ok? Did the doctor say what the next steps would be?

I’ve seriously just be sleeping a lot because I’m living in a shelter and there isn’t much I can do because of curfews and things like that.

What emotions have come up for you since finding out that the baby didn't have a heartbeat?
You mentioned you are currently staying at a shelter, when do you leave to go stay with your bio-mom?

Sadly I’m not able to because my mom said that her home was too full. But I’m okay with the shelter because I’m able to sleep which is what I needed. As of right now there isn’t much emotions yet

That sounds like an awful lot of big stuff to be dealing with right now, especially the sudden change in plans with your mom.
Is there a particular type of support you're looking for around any elements of this right now?

It sounds like, then, that some sound next steps for you would be to reach out to the staff at the shelter and have them help you connect to whatever local resources (mental health, physical health, or both) that you feel you need right now, as well as ask them for support in deciding what your next steps will be in terms of finding a safe living space.
