Hi Chacha,

Unless a person ejaculates on a hand and then deliberately and immediately places that ejaculate in the vagina, semen on a hand does not pose a risk of pregnancy. You can read more about why that is here: Human Reproduction: A Seafarer's Guide.

That's correct. Sperm are simply too fragile to survive that transfer, and you can read more about why that is here: Who's Afraid of Sperm Cells?.
