In order for there to be a risk of pregnancy, there has to be direct contact between genitals. Direct means no barriers, like clothing, are present. So, the scenario you described does not pose a risk.

Ok perfect thank you I was just getting worried as I thought by rubbing his peinis on me he may have pre cum and then rub me with my knickers on.
