I think i’m hitting puberty (13) male so i am getting sexual thoughts. so i figured i should try to masturbate. i’ve tried for an hour and a half now and don’t really know what i’m feeling for. i’ve tried looking at girls online. thinking about my crush and really got nothing. i’m looking for help in this department. i know there is nothing but i can’t get a toy cause i’m 13 lol. i just feel like i need to do something sex related because my body is pushing me towards it. any help is appreciated

Hi! Can you tell me a bit more about what made you want to try masturbating? It's a great way to get to know your body and what you like and dislike, but there is no "should" about it - if you wanna do it go ahead, if you're not especially interested that's fine too.
What you're feeling for is pleasure. That's it, there is no "right" way to masturbate apart from what makes you feel good. What do you feel is missing for you right now?
I've got a couple of articles for you here too, the first one talks about all the different places pleasure comes from in our bodies - and not just the ones you think! The second one has some suggestions of the different ways people can masturbate, though the list certainly isn't exhaustive!

Okay, I'm glad you found something that helped. You know that there's nothing wrong with masturbating right? If anything it can actually be pretty good for overall wellbeing.

School sex ed is definitely lacking in lots of places. Are there any other topics you're looking for information about right now?
