What someone weighs isn't going to have much to do with the size of the penis, though thin men's penises may look bigger in perspective to the rest of their bodies, and larger men's penises may look small. Like most physical traits, penis size is mainly due to genetics (but even then that doesn't mean everyone in a family will have a penis that's exactly the same).

thanks and i have one more question my pediatrics sid that since im fat my penis is inside and half of it is showing plus does cumming jusmpstart puberty

I'm not sure why you're healthcare provider said that; being fat doesn't cause someone's penis to only be half outside their body. And no, ejaculation doesn't start puberty or make it come sooner. It can help to remember that you're just at the start of puberty, so your penis will very likely grow over the next few years. But, even if it doesn't, as "Shown Actual Size" points out size is not as important as a lot of guys think it is.

Ah, okay, that's what I thought but just wanted to be sure! We're in the middle of adjusting the application process and just closed the last round of them about a month ago. So, the next time to apply will be sometime next year, and we'll announce it on the main site and on our social media.
