Want to work together to learn about managing anxiety?

As I just mentioned to a user in another thread, because, over the last couple of years, we have seen such an increase in users struggling with anxiety and/or anxiety disorders, much of my continued education reading for myself over the least year has been about managing anxiety.
I've been trying to work in what I have been learning in our approaches to users with anxiety here, but there's also just a lot I have learned about it, period.
So, for any of you already getting mental healthcare, wanting to talk about that, or wanting some extra talk about this outside of that, those waiting until they can access that care, or those who cannot access that care, and want to try some DIY things, I'm open to doing that here.
For myself, I'd also just like to share some of what I have learned from studying, but also see about some of you trying some of the approaches I've been reading about and reporting back on if and how those work for you, or sharing your opinions on certain information about anxiety, and doing more sharing of helpful books and online information any of you have found helpful.
