Sleep Orgasm?
Hi! So I know that sleep orgasms are possible, but I was wondering if vaginas can lubricate without having an orgasm? I woke up this morning wet and I was wondering I could've had a sleep orgasm. Do you feel them?

Re: Sleep Orgasm?
Hi jenny01,
I can't tell you about my personal experience, sorry! But this is super-duper normal. Involuntary vaginal lubrication happens all the time, and that includes during sleep. And vaginal lubrication usually doesn't depend on our having an orgasm: vaginas start to get wet when we start feeling sexual arousal. Of course, you could have had a sleep orgasm, which is also totally normal.
