Penis and glans health

Hey, i'm new here.

I recently saw i have some spots on the hwad of my penis, kinda like pearly penile papules but on top of the glans, they look like tiny fordyce spots just on top of the glans and not on the sides of the head. I'd greatly appreciate any info or help anyone can give me pls.

Ps: they don't hurt, itch or pop. They're just there and they're only noticeable when it's half erect.

Hi there, welcome to the boards!
What you are describing sounds like (as you stated) pearly penile papules, even though they're on top of the glans. However we can't give a diagnosis since we can't see them and are not medical professionals. It doesn't sound like anything concerning, though, since you don't have any symptoms. If they start to cause any issues, or if they cause you distress, please see a doctor before trying any at-home remedies or treatments!
