masturbation doesn't work anymore

so basically I started masturbating at a really young age. when I was 11, I had my first orgasm. it pretty much went downhill from there. my first orgasm was great, it felt really good and lasted a long time, but I think I've abused my ability to get turned on because I've masturbated so many times. I'm 14 now, and it's easy to get off but not as pleasurable as it was back then. should I just abstain for a month and see if it's better after that?
