Hi there Anonymousssss, do you mean that your nipple feels numb, or that touching your nipple doesn't provide you any sexual pleasure in any way, and is a bit akin to touching your elbow?
If the latter, everyone is different in what kinds of touch they like best, and that which they're less into. Also, as our brains are an important part of our sexual response system, some kinds of touch only feel pleasurable when we are already aroused, rather than just whenever we touch them.
