I don't get any pleasure from mastubation

Hi, there. I'm 22, so I feel a little bit old for this website, but I just can't get any pleasure out of touching myself. I've tried a lot of different positions and tried touching in different places, but nothing seems to work. If anything, I just feel really uncomfortable. It probably doesn't help that I've only started touching myself in the past year, so I'm not very experienced. Am I doing something wrong, or am I not trying hard enough?

Hi ElephantLover22,

We serve emerging adults as well as teens, so you're in the right place!

If you've only recently started masturbating, then it's possible you still haven't quite found the ways of doing so that feel best to your body. When you say it's uncomfortable, does that seem to be more to do with a physical sensation, a mental one, or both? And when you try masturbating, what is your headspace normally like?
And you to whom adversity has dealt the final blow/with smiling bastards lying to you everywhere you go/turn to and put out all your strength of arm and heart and brain/and like the Mary Ellen Carter rise again.
