Hello again Scarleteen staff!
My penis is circumcised so the the head of my penis is free and has nothing to cover it.
This kinda annoys me, because the tip always gets really dry and I always lotion my penis so it's smooth.
Any tips?

If you're finding that lotion works, that's probably your best bet - there isn't much else you can do for dry skin than keep it moisturized.
