Hi idklol,

It could be that after a certain point the sensation becomes too intense to be comfortable (some people find that happens during masturbation, and when since the clitoris is such a sensitive spot to begin with, touching it can sometimes go from pleasant to too much pretty quickly). It could also be that you're experiencing an orgasm; if you look at the stages of sexual response in this article, do any of them match what you're experiencing? Too, if you want more general advice on safely using a toothbrush to masturbate, you can find that here: D.I.Y. Sex Toys: Self-Love Edition.
