Hello I have a question regarding cold sores. My bf has a dried up one on his lip (I'm not 100% sure if it is one but he claims it is). He kissed my thigh but I sadly don't remember where, however when I went to the restroom I put the toilet paper on my thigh and picked it up quick. I then wiped myself, and I was wondering if the cold sore can pass on to the toilet paper?

That kind of situation can't lead to Herpes transmission, because it needs to move from skin to skin. Moving from his mouth to your leg (which itself wouldn't be susceptible because it's not a mucous membrane) and then to the paper isn't going to allow it to transmit.
