When working on shame is it wise to work a lot on one part I have shame about at a time or a little bit about each thing I have shame about? Ex 1. Working on shame about my breasts for a few weeks or 2. Working on shame about my strong interest in sex, my resentfulness towards my family, my forgetfulness ex.
Ok! Thanks!

Re: Shame and life
I don't think there's necessarily a right or wrong answer, here. A lot of shame about sex or bodies is related, so you may find that if you're working on one issue then your work will touch on another area of shame even if you don't intend for that to happen. But I think it's fine to do whatever feels natural or whatever you feel led to work on at any given time, and see how that goes.
