It was itchy so I checked on it and there was a pimple???? I've never had this happen??? It was probably related to I mildly peed my pants the day before and forgot to change my underwear but am I gonna die(/j)????

Yep, because your labia has skin and skin has pores, you can in fact get pimples on your labia, although they usually don't happen that often. Annoying as they are, the best option is just to avoid irritating them further and let them go away on their own.
