Hey: ) so I was just curious.

How often should I masturbate say a week? I know that you shouldn't masturbate without it me overdoing it? Also, are there healthy benefits to masturbation?

Also, since i'm a guy are there different ways to masturbate ?

Hi staplesj_ ,

So, how much you masturbate is really up to you, and most people find how much they masturbate--or want to masturbate--will vary. As long as you're masturbating because you want to and it's not interfering with other important things in your life like work, school, or your relationships, it's an okay amount.
