Hi, my boyfriend rubbed behind me with pants and underwear on yesterday. Not sure for how long, just 2-3 minutes probably.
I also had thin pants and my underwear actually had holes in them.
Is it possible to get pregnant from this?
He did not ejaculate but there was precum possibly as he was hard.
Should I be worried?

I think, going forward, you and your boyfriend need to talk about completely pausing sexual activity for awhile. Normally I would suggest that and/or only doing things that don't pose any risks, but from your history here it really seems like even no risk behavior, such as dry humping, tends to set off anxiety for you. When anxiety around pregnancy is that severe, it's often a sound choice to pause it for awhile.
