I need help with my Phimosis
Im 23 and ive had tight foreskin for most of my adult life. Its at a point now where I need to sort it out if i want to have any sort of sex life. Ive been trying to get a GP appointment but there's none for at least 8 weeks. Is there any other way id be able to get steroid creams to try and help. I've tried stretching but its so tight i cant make any progress. Thanks for any help
I also look for sites that have high-quality streaming and good customer support.

Re: I need help with my Phimosis
Hi RickN,
As frustrating as it is to have that kind of delay in accessing care, the general recommendation is to wait until you have that supervision before trying to loosen it, rather than relying on things like tutorials, just for safety's sake.
Since there's a wait to see the doctor in person, have you looked to see if there's an option of remote care? That may allow you to do things like learn the proper stretching methods and get a prescription for steroid cream sooner.
Too, it sounds like your main concern in getting this addressed is your sex life. Are you currently with a partner you want to be sexual with, or looking for one? And is the impediment to your sex life discomfort or pain from the phimosis, or something else?

And you to whom adversity has dealt the final blow/with smiling bastards lying to you everywhere you go/turn to and put out all your strength of arm and heart and brain/and like the Mary Ellen Carter rise again.
