I am 22F. I have never been in a relationship, I have had mild crushed but that's it. I have also never mastubated or watched porn or anything.

I sometimes get feelings in my casual area I think are some form of arousals of things come up in movies or something like that. I rub my area a bit when this happens but that's all.

Tonight I got curious what would happen if I never tried anything and got into a relationship which got far enough and something was inserted (I have never used a tampon, I tried a few times as a teen but couldn't get it in then never did it again) I didn't want sex to be the first time I did it and be completely clueless. So I tried to insert my finger. I got it in, and each "road block" I would stop, then decide to work around it.
I felt nothing other than the fact I could feel what my finger was touching.

I had no sexual/masturbation intent I was just curious, is that normal? Am I weird for not having done anything before? Should I be doing things?

Welcome to the boards! I just want to start out by saying that curiosity is very normal and that you are not weird for not having done certain things before. We all move at our own pace through life and that is totally healthy.

You asked if you should be doing things - can I ask what those things are? Are there certain things you want to be doing or is this pressure coming from somewhere else?

No, I don't have any pressure or desire to do anything. I just know I have heard things like experimenting with masturbation or wanting to experience sexual pleasure etc. is usually normal or seems to be a standard thing people do

It wasn't even curiosity in the sense of wanting to feel it, it was more how it works. Not even on the slightest bit an intention or curiosity of of it would be a pleasurable thing. I was just thinking about it because I was watching an AITA type video and one of the stories spoke about someone "pleasuring themselves" and it made me think.

What you're describing falls inside of some pretty common behaviors; plenty of people masturbate specifically for pleasure, but people also sometimes touch their genitals in a way that's more about getting to know the layout of them and a general sense of how it feels to be touched on them.

Too, I do want to say there aren't really "shoulds" when it comes to things like masturbation or getting to know your body; there's just the pace and ways of approaching it that make sense to each of us given things like our desire, curiosity, access to information, and a bunch of other things.
