I have been heaving doubts about my sexuality

A few months ago I first started thinking about being gay, but I didn’t this I was, I started watching gay porn, I’d enjoy it but when I came I wouldn’t like it anymore, I took many online quizzes but I just want to know what my sexuality is, does gettin aroused by gay pornography gay? And what are some thing’s that I can ask myself to see if I’m gay

Hi JakeRoss2456,

While the kind of sexual media we enjoy can certainly be one clue as to what our sexual orientation might be, enjoying gay porn or lesbian porn doesn't automatically mean a person is gay or lesbian.

As for some questions to ask yourself, I really like the questions laid out in the "how and when do you know" section of this article as some starting places: The Rainbow Connection: Orientation for Everyone. If nothing else
And you to whom adversity has dealt the final blow/with smiling bastards lying to you everywhere you go/turn to and put out all your strength of arm and heart and brain/and like the Mary Ellen Carter rise again.
