Missed pill from vomiting

I threw up about 2 hours after taking my pill last week on Wednesday. I didn't double up the next day. Today, sunday, I had sex. My boyfriend might of gotten sperm in me but we aren't sure. Could I be pregnant because of the "missed pill" wednesday? I am consistent with taking my pills and this is my fourth pack.
