Hi, just wanna ask if is it okay to use condom while dry humping fully clothes?

You could, but there would be no need for it (full clothing provides complete barriers from anything your body fluids or skin could do), and it might wind up tearing in the process.

Thankyou, how do i keep my condoms to be safe? What is a cool dry place? Is it okay to put inside a wallet?

We recommend people keep condoms and all other barriers places with moderate temperatures, and store them only in places they won't get too knocked around or sat upon. You can keep a condom in your wallet if you're going out for the evening and think you might need it, but you don't want to store one there full-time.
