I'm having a bit of a hard time understanding you.

If you are saying you are attempting to have intercourse with a partner, and it is difficult for them and you, is this something where this is causing someone any pain, or just something where you can't seem to get it to happen?

Okay. So, if your partner is having pain, that is probably because they are not excited and lubricated enough for what you're trying to do.

In other words, you two will need to spend more time doing other sexual things they like before going for intercourse, and then when she does feel very excited (and relaxed), be sure to also use a lubricant.

Is intercourse something your partner is really excited to do and wants and feels ready for?

Actually we had spent around 20 mins with foreplay n partner does seem excited but d only reason dat could be is if she is nervous, I also noted dat at one point she is very wet n then after some time she is completely dry
