Want to get pregnant
Hi there. I want my wife to get pregnant, we do sex on the days told by the doctor to us. I wanted to ask, I have heard that doggy style is a very good position to deeply penetrate and leave the sperm inside vagina. And this is very good position if you want a boy. The other thing what should we do my sperm count is low. I want to increase my sperm count and also what I have ,how to utilise it in a better way. We already have a daughter. Getting pregnant for my wife for the first time was not difficult . it happened really quickly but after that when my daughter was 3 years old we tried for another baby .till now, we are trying to get her pregnant but she can be .some problem maybe with her .maybe sperm count . what to do right after we do sex , to lie down which position is better if the sperm count is low what to do for the sperm count to increase and also the motility. Also after sex she lies down on her right side, she puts a tissue in her vagina so that sperm does not come out. what to do for making it better .is keeping a tissue right or wrong.

Hi ayle1257,
So, as we say in our user guidelines, one of the things we're not able to help with is conception advice. Those kinds of conversations need to be had to with an OB-GYN, midwife, fertility specialist, or other healthcare provider who can help you determine what might be going on.

And you to whom adversity has dealt the final blow/with smiling bastards lying to you everywhere you go/turn to and put out all your strength of arm and heart and brain/and like the Mary Ellen Carter rise again.
