I’m a virgin and I have to take vaginal capsules!!!

I’m 23 and still a virgin . I have never put anything inside of me .
I have been dealing with vaginal infection and my doctor prescribed to me vaginal capsules that u have to put inside your vagina to clean all the infection
But I’m so scared to do that I don’t know if I can do it because I can’t even put a finger inside me
Help me what should I do !!!

So, while this may not be the most comfortable thing in the world, this is one of those instances where things like finding a comfortable position can be really helpful. Looking up ones recommended for inserting tampons might be the way to go, since those are similar in size to a lot of the larger capsules (though plenty of capsules are smaller).

It may also help to lay down with a mirror between your legs as if you were doing a self-exam, since then you'd have more ability to see what you're doing. How do those suggestions sound?
