Problem with random very strong erections

So , ahh hi I'm 20 years ol a boy and I'm new to here . I wanted to ask that why i have too much strong erections randomly and a little bit tightness on head sometimes i can't resist the feeling. What to do help it , nd what's reason?

I want to first reassure you that it is normal to experience erections at random times, even if you aren’t actively thinking about sex or aroused. I know people associate erections with sex, but they can happen for a lot of reasons! For example, erections can happen while you’re asleep, called nocturnal erections, or while you’re awake at random times.

It sounds, though, like the erections might come along with some tightness or discomfort. Would you say it’s painful? Too, are you able to see a healthcare professional and speak with them about the tightness/discomfort you’re experiencing during erection?
