I woke up today with a sharpish pain on the side of my mouth when I yawned. I noticed it was a bit red and I have like 2 small cuts. What could this be from? Now I feel the pain on both sides when I open wide. I overthink everything and immediately thought about the fact I went down on my bf 3 days ago. Could it have to do with that? Is it something else? Should I be worried?

Since you're only noticing them now, I think it's very unlikely that these cuts are from oral sex you performed several days ago. We can't really say for certain what they are beyond that, though if you notice they aren't going away or they get noticeably worse, that might be a time to check in with a healthcare provider.
